Cymba Labs is led by Charlie Carr, founder and lead engineer. Charlie began his career in enterprise software sales, then moved into engineering, building production software for startups and established teams, including AI applications used by hospital systems.

Usually not. We start with the tools you already use, such as your CRM, ERP, spreadsheets, billing, or messaging. We check existing features and configuration first, then build the connections or software needed to fill a useful gap.
No. Straightforward automation handles predictable steps. AI helps when a document or message needs interpretation. People keep exceptions and important decisions.
With a 15-minute intro call. For an existing process, we then hold a free 45-minute review with the person who runs it and send a one-page map within 2 business days; you keep it whether or not we build anything. Process builds and applications get a fixed price agreed before work starts. Engineering support for an existing team is arranged as weekly hours or a monthly retainer.
Handover includes an operating guide, a walkthrough with your team, and instructions for handling exceptions. Before building, we agree who operates the connections, how support works, and any ongoing costs. Ongoing improvements and support are billed monthly and can be cancelled monthly. Ownership and licensing are set out in your service agreement.
